Ryan brings enormous value to The US Invest Team with his enduring enthusiasm for business and hands on experience in structuring and closing deals before they are brought to our members.

With 10 years’ experience in the South Florida Real Estate market, Ryan is a valued member of the US Invest executive team and is responsible for brokering many of the deals US Invest brings forward for its members. With vast experience and unparalleled success in the US mortgage industry, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge in gaining finance for foreign nationals as well as invaluable contacts witing the banking and finance industries.

James started his career working for his father's furniture factory on $60 a week just before his 15th birthday. After serving a 4 year apprenticeship James decided it was time to leave the family business and travel the world at the age of 19. His first job came as a commission only salesman knocking on doors in Queensland, Australia. James rose through the sales ranks within multiple companies as the top producer before opening his own company at just 22 years old. By 23 James became a self made millionaire with over 50 employees turning over $7 million in his first year in business. This began a decade long journey for James on personal development to re-educate himself to get to the next level.

Since becoming a CEO at 22, James has held controlling positions in over 14 companies across a myriad of industries. From Finance and Energy to Real Estate and Investments. James brings to the board of each company enormous drive and perfectionism.

If you ask James what his main skill is, he will tell you "understanding people's needs, and empowering them to be their best".

James is a student of sales, psychology, relationship building and quality of life. Spending more than 3,000 hours attending seminars, and education courses. James will tell you there isn't a book on any of the above subjects he hasn't studied and implemented. Over the years he has found what theories work and what are just hot air.

James believes in practical experience not in theory. He says " It's all well and good to say how something will work in theory, but trying that in the real world tells a different story, I like to use what works in the real world in daily business practises, not because it sounds good to say to audiences in a seminar room".

James has currently trained over 10,000 people across 3 Continents in sales, psychology, management and relationship building. Seeing high points in his 12 year career of building companies in excess of 400 employees doing over $70,000,000 in annual sales from the ground floor!

James was the founding investor in US Invest, and his passion and skill for building Real Estate portfolios was paramount to US Invest's strategy early on. James and Lachlan took the inaugural trip to America to buy Real Estate before ever looking to offer Real Estate investments to anyone else.

US invest is proud to have James' experience on our board, and grateful for the hours he makes available to help grow the Partner Program dept, as we move to new heights in 2014.

As Vice-President of Marketing, Marylin Stompler is responsible for worldwide marketing and public relations. She drives the company's corporate positioning, branding and identity, marketing campaigns, public relations, social media, and web sites to ensure strong connections with customers. Marylin brings over 15 years of marketing and sales management experience in diverse industries - software, fitness, consumer electronics, and marketing – working for companies such as Macromedia (now Adobe), LA Fitness, Phone Marketing, and eHelp Corporation.

Marylin has a proven track record of successfully launching new products and turning marketing teams into superstar teams. Prior to US Invest, Marylin managed the launch and worldwide marketing of renowned software such as Adobe Captivate and RoboHelp. Marylin Stompler holds a MBA in Marketing and two bachelors: one in Business Administration and one in Engineering. Marylin is the author and co-author of 3 books.

With over 8+ years of real estate experience with one of the top selling and listing agents in the NJ market as well as a degree in International Business from Liberty University, Alyssa joins US Invest as the Head of Transactions.

Alyssa plays an important role in establishing and perfecting the closing process to make it as seamless and productive as possible. Here to make sure that all members have a pleasant closing experience, Alyssa prides herself in being able to aid members by building great relationships with our business affiliates including the closing attorneys, the management companies and inspectors to make sure customers are informed and comfortable to purchase.

Daniel Montano's current role with US Invest is directly interfacing client in the initial business to client process. He establishes a stable working relationship by introducing an overview to US Invest, why invest, and manage the membership process. Daniel is familiar in operating on the international level and has studied abroad gaining a B.S. degree at the 4th ranked International School of Hospitality and Tourism Management in Farleigh Dickenson University.

Having a diverse background including customer service, schooling for paralegal, and liberal arts and sciences, Jenn Sikorski joins US Invest as our Closing Coordinator. Jennifer understands the importance of having a close relationship with her clients, and reliability is always of high importance along with having someone you can speak openly to and can have complete trust in. Joining an office of highly motivated, experienced professionals and with her previous 12 months experience as a closing coordinator, Jennifer fits in perfectly to her role as a Closing Coordinator here with the US Invest Real Estate team.

Elizabeth is a quick thinker and a problem solver with her main focus being providing our members with the highest quality of service possible pertaining to their properties all the way to assisting in the setup of a bank account.

Roomi joins US Invest after completing a bachelor's degree at Rutgers University majoring in Psychology and minoring in Sociology. Her academic coursework has defined her strong research abilities and keen ability to find solutions to problems which are imperative skills to have when maintaining and setting up strong business structures for foreign investors. Roomi received her professional training working alongside an attorney based out of New York City in order to design the perfect company structure for real estate investment purposes. Her primary focus at US Invest is setting up US-based businesses all over the United States for US Invest clientele, assisting established businesses in making sure they are in compliance with various state laws, and assisting clients in making changes to company structures based on specific client needs.
